About Us
Since 2023, the Invercargill Islamic Trust (IIT) in New Zealand has been dedicated to living out the teachings of Islam as a charitable trust. We strive to bring people together from different backgrounds, making a positive impact and helping them lead dignified and prosperous lives, following Islamic principles.

- Less than 1% of Invercargill's population is Muslim.
- Muslims here come from diverse ethnic backgrounds, offering a rich cultural mix.

We organize family festivals on Eid-al-Adha and Eid-al-Fitr emphasizing community unity.
